Registration for Rep, FUNdamentals, Youth House League - Novice to Intermediate, Senior Women's Recreational is Now Open!

To commemorate our 15th anniversary, a Tshirt will be provided to all Youth Registrants. Tshirts are 100% cotton and will be offered in two styles; a traditional relaxed fit Tshirt in youth and adult sizes, and a more fitted Yoga style Tshirt in Junior Women's sizes.
Youth Registrants will have a choice between two graphics: a player graphic and a goalie graphic (For FUNdamentals, only the player graphic will be available in youth sizes). The attached charts provide a visual image of the Tshirts and measurements of the Tshirt widths and lengths, as a guide. Before proceeding with your registration, please review the style & sizing charts to determine the appropriate Tshirt to order; exchanges are not possible once your registration has been processed.

Coaching Applications for the 2012/2013 House League and Development Stream

The North Halton Twisters House League continues to grow year over year and to keep up with the demand for recreational female hockey we need more coaches. We are looking for House League coaches who can have a positive effect on youth hockey in our community. Our coaches are inspiring role models, caring friends, enthusiastic team leaders and a beacon of fair play and sportsmanship.

The North Halton Twisters is accepting applications for coaching at all ages and levels for the 2012/2013 House League and Development Stream season. Each application will be carefully reviewed by the NHGHA coach selection committee. Coaching appointments will be based on qualifications, knowledge of the game, history in the program, and applicant’s ability to communicate, educate and mentor girls and young women in the game of hockey.
Applications will be accepted until September 1st, 2012

Child Fitness Tax Credit Receipt

| Child fitness tax credits for on-line credit card payments were issued electronically at the time of registration. Please refer back to the email you received confirming registration and print the attached receipt. For registrations paid by cheque, receipts were emailed on February 23, 2012 to the email address provided on registration. |

Walter Gretzky Drops in during a Twister practice

This past Saturday Walter Gretzky dropped by Tonelli arena while the Twisters Peewee Girls were practicing. Mr. Gretzky was very generous with his time and signed autographs and took pictures with the players. The players and parents were very excited to have Mr. Gretzky at their practice! A special thanks to Karen Truyens for becoming the "official" photographer!
