To coincide with the announcement of the new Halton Hills Arena project we have taken the initiative to host a Golf Event to benefit the fundraising efforts of the Halton Hills Arena Users Group (HHAUG) and ultimately the development of the new arenas in Halton Hills. With the Town’s approval of the $29.2 million cost the community and the HHAUG is required to come up with $2 million in fundraising monies.

By utilizing local businesses and the various participants of the arenas we believe we can help the fundraising efforts by over $10,000 per year through the establishment of the Halton Hills Arena Classic. The profits of the Classic would be used to fund the arenas.

We have many sponsorship opportunities available from the Title Sponsor to a Prize Sponsor with various recognition and full donation receipt available upon request. We are also including foursome packages for some of the Sponsorships to provide to you and/or your customers or staff to participate on the day of the event. This event will not have the success it could have without both the sponsors and participants so if you are aware of anyone that could help us out in any way please do not hesitate to forward this letter and have them contact us directly with any questions or concerns.
